MFC物流协调器

 

MFC是一个管理和优化工具,它将短期生产定单排程和中/长期能力计划整合在一起.允许排程和计划两种层次上都可以进行产量及物流的议定以找出一个全局的解决方案. 当产生这样一个解决方案的时候,MFC在客户满意度,物流限制,库存计划(安全库存)和排程质量等几方面进行平衡. 

 

MFC着力于改善客户服务(高效率交货期,前置时间和灵活性),增产(产出,物流), 库存控制(库存水平和产品结构),以及很重要的一点,与工厂产能计划一致. MFC作为详细排程和作业计划的强纽带使这一模块能生成一个与实际生产高度一致的能力计划.

MFC的协调器根据全局生产目标分析实际生产计划(目的产量和生产定单交货期)并协调每条生产线的物流限制. 策略模块(排程策略)进行计划策略的协调. 排程策略可以在从纯拉动型到纯推动型的范围内进行选择. 单个详细排程可以在不同电脑上或CPU上进行.这种平行机制确保了MFC协调模式的高效性.
