生产记录和监控

 

 

一旦详细的生产排程以质量,数量,及产出日期的方式定义了实际可行的生产目标,并从SteelPlanner系统下传到2级过程优化系统中以后.,过程和生产效率的跟踪过程就开始了.

 

通过到2级系统的自动化系统接口或者人工录入操作,实际过程及生产效率的数据可以被收集和记录到SteelPlanner生产结果数据库中

 


实际生产数据包括:

  • 结果数据:每一件产出的半成品或成品的实际结果数据都关联着相关物流,生产,质量控制的信息,如:物料特性,尺寸,测量结果数据等.
  • 耗用数据: 每一件产品的耗用数据都关联着相关的物流,成本会计控制的信息,如: 能源,散件,媒质消耗等
  • 延迟数据: 每一个流程步骤延迟信息其实际的起始/结束时间,只要能取到,都会被记录下来. 该信息可以用于生产报告,分析和过程改善.
