ProductMatch将库存物料分配到生产定单的工作变得简单而富有效率. 特别是提供了定单表和库存的复杂的综合视图.可进行参数设定来进一步调控物料到定单的分配策略. 而且生成的分配结果还可以进行编辑修改.

 

ProductMatch具有高度可配置性,采用了独到的打分功能系统来引导执行优化和目标搜寻.

 

ProductMatch 功能是系列软硬规则的组合. 硬规则允许操作员定义确切的可以取用的库存. 比如考虑钢种转换的传导关系或者允许产出或报废的缩放规则. 这些硬规则不能被执行模型所违反.

软规则让操作员可以定义优先级,如对一个延迟定单考虑可用库存时会具有更高优先级或进行奖励. 同样的定单也可能进行惩罚如果模型采用了预期库存(虚拟或不能使用的库存).这使应用程序能重点处理基于定单和库存的交货期,库存区域,产品,客户优先级等因素.

 

ProductMatch也能进行自动运行,作为一种批量处理的解决方案按照时间周期(如每4小时)自动运行.
