"生产定单计划" 模块包括以下功能:

  • 对生产定单的生产周期进行前导,后导或瓶颈工序(pert计划)法计算,同时考虑满足客户订单或者库存产品的生产前置时间要求.

 

  • 能力利用率的计算 , 能力利用度超过某个流程步骤的能力极限时的在线流转及能力负荷平衡.

 

  • 考虑库存物料可用性(成品和半成品)并考虑潜在分配到生产定单的物料量以进行周全计划.

 

  • 当定单项目的要求产量比较少时,合并生产流程相似和相同的可合并潜在生产定单以做出更好的计划.
