生产排程模块生成和维护生产排程及给各生产流程用的作业序列,它考虑:

  • 要求交货日期(可以发货)
  • 每个流程步骤的详细技术要求.

生产作业序列定义好以后可以下传到2级过程优化系统,下传通过久经验证的用于传输生产排程和排程状态信息(以保SteelPlanner和过程优化系统信息更新同步)的接口系统来进行. 通过这一接口概念,排程也能用PC-终端机上的排程查询程序呈现出来并可以刷新所呈现的生产产出情况.

 

如果要自动化执行,则需要优化排程, SteelPlanner解决方案包括排程优化模块AlphaPlanner (作连铸排程), BetaPlanner (作轧制排程) 及MFC (Material Flow Coordinator物流协调器).
