Production & Quality Control
The "Production and Quality Control" module feeds back the recorded information in displays which are useful for supervising and directing the ongoing production process.
Supervision of Order Status
With this function the planner can supervise the actual status of a planned production order and compare the planned and actual quantity completed or being produced.
Management of Quality Deviations
Based on actual test data and the quality assessment transmitted from a Level 2 system or entered by dialogue, this function can assist in defining the need for additional processing of materials in case of quality deviations.
Test Certificate
This function serves to print a test certificate reporting the actual quality data which has been collected and stored in the SteelPlanner database.
Material History
For each material (product) the Material History function provides displays of production operations, testing operations and results as well as material movements for supervision and analysis purposes, e.g. to support complaint handling.
